What I was teaching people when I first created Kinobody was how to build a lean body like you see in Hollywood. Think of Brad Pitt in Fight Club. Think of Ryan Reynolds in a movie. Think of Christian Bale’s performance in American Psycho. There is a look where you have incredible definition. You are not big. You would look fit if you wore a t-shirt or suit. You look strong, but you are not massive.

It is insane when you reveal that definition when you take that shirt off. Your face is not straight. Low body fat makes your muscles pop. When I created Kinobody, I was teaching people how to get that look because a lot of the fitness experts talked about bulking up.

You have the fat. Your face gets bigger. Your muscles don’t look masculine because you have fat that ruins your proportion. You don’t get a sleek ratio. My Warrior’s Training Program is designed to help you achieve that lean, chiseled body.

You are doing a few things. You are strength training to build that proper proportion, that sleek, square upper chest with the solid shoulders, and that lean kind of Hollywood body. Setting up your nutrition in a way that allows you to lean down to a low body fat and reveal incredible muscle tone is what you are doing.

The program is very fulfilling. You are training three days per week for my courses. If you want a nice, really good looking body that is fun to maintain, you don’t want to train five days a week. You will be a slave to the gym if you train six days a week.

If you want to stay big, and you train a lot, you have to work out all the time. You can maintain your muscles when you build them off training less. You go on vacation, take a few days off the gym, and wake up in the morning and look great.

You are training three days a week. You are getting stronger at key lifts. You can lean down to a low body fat by hitting your nutrition in a certain way.

People are trying to lean down. They can’t hit the calories deficit. They rely on a lot of exercise. The Warrior’s Training Program is meant to strip away body fat, so you can actually get truly lean, even though they try and follow all the diet rules. People struggle with getting lean. Most people won’t be under ten percent body fat for more than a day.

This program allows you to do that because we are using things that make leaning down so easy. The low carbohydrate thing, the calories cycling thing, which is about a calories deficit, is not something we are doing.

We use intermittent fasts to make eating a deficit enjoyable. We use food that keeps you full and satisfied. It is incredible when you get into the program. I get a lot of changes from people doing my Warrior’s Training Program.
