Even though I paid for it, I have decided to give it to all and I think that everyone should try to finish Spartan Race regardless of their own limits. From a health point of view, the sprint version is more beneficial than a marathon. Even with my 200 hours of cardiology studies, I couldn’t find a difference between the EKG’s of marathoners and those of people who have had a mild heart attack recently.
