All the difference in the world can be made by creating a healthy inner sanctuary. Sanctuary is a place of worship. It is a place of healing. All creatures within a sanctuary can run free. This week, you will discover how that is true for you.

You will learn how to receive support from the energy of life and soothe your nerves. You will learn how to give yourself time and space to balance your energy.

Every day is different and balance is an ever-changing flow. You can come home to yourself, again and again, if you learn subtle movements to connect you with your inner essence.
