This product is great. Adam put it in a way that made sense. Do you know how to put yourself in hypnotism? How to make your own program of self-hypnosis? There is a lot of mp3 and video here. I have the book and I am happy to have it. This product can help you learn more about self hypnosis. I have only listened to the old version of the program so far.

There are 23 volumes of mp3 files in the old version. There are 6 video tapes in the old version.

I started with the old version to see how Adam has changed since the beginning of the program. I started with the videos. Around 19 hours of mp3 audios have been listened to.

It is easy to see the enthusiasm of Adam. I am from Texas and it took awhile to get used to his accent. Some of the dialogue was cultural related but I was able to understand what was being said. It was well conceived, with some repetition, to help bolster understanding. The audio quality was pretty good. You have to order this program to understand the last statement.

I have not studied the written material that comes with the program.

There are 32 mp3 files with a total time commitment of 5 hours 19 minutes and 18 seconds. That’s right. It will take longer if you do the exercises.

There are 7 videos in the new program. The picture quality is better in the new videos than it was in the old ones.

Several items that I had not considered when writing my own script as well as reading commercially prepared script were discovered just using the older stuff.

This is the ticket if you want to learn about self-hypnosis.
