Modular building assets.

There are 90 large and medium-sized objects in this Modular Asset collection. You can create anything you want with a variety of shapes.

Materials and surfaces.

We made 12 incredibly detailed surfaces. There are displacement maps in 4K materials. There are also Tileable Geometry meshes. Quality was tested for tileability, sharpness, and accurate maps.

Unreal Engine.

Assets are ready to be used in Unreal Engine. Plug-and-play native files are included in the pack.

Unreal Engine 5.

The project has been included along with the other one. Assets were converted to something else.

There are assets that are debris.

Unreal Engine Foliage tool can be used to scatter 96 different debris assets. Extra details can be added to your scenes in a matter of seconds.

Blueprints

It is possible to use the full range of tools and speed for fast concepts and level design with blueprints.

A hero character.

All Characters look great in close-up shots. Drag and drop these models into your scene and start rendering.

Mule Francis.

It was fully rigged with great topology. There are multiple dynamic poses included. He is cute and we love him.
